COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered.
"It is a deep coppery-red in colour and is very aromatic with intensely floral hops and a lightly sweet and malty flavour. This full-bodied ale offers a very pleasant high bitterness, with smooth sweet malt character, creamy head with good carbonation, and with an excellent bittersweet finish."

DerGantzel (427) - Aarhus, DENMARK - OCT 9, 2015
Aroma of fruits (a bit elderflower), and toasty. Clear ruby liquid. White short lasting head. Medium-high sweetness, light bitterness. Average carbonation.

TorbenJensen (1526) - Valby, DENMARK - AUG 6, 2015
Roughly foamy beer with lovely aroma of hops and caramel. It has long fine caramel malt flavor, while the hoppy bitterness, however, leaves a watery taste. From Mexico, I had not expected anything so tastefully and it is roughly in competition with European red ales. Refreshing and thirst-quenching.

UPDATED: AUG 6, 2015 Aroma of sweet malt, caramel, fruity notes, hops. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a light to moderate bitter finish. Drinkable, but not very memorable. Too much malty sweetness.

erickok (6037) - Leuven, BELGIUM - JAN 31, 2015
Amber body and small grey head. Simple clean appeal, lightly spiced, red malts, cereal, some marmelade. Clean taste, very watery, not very good. It’s certainly drinkable but not very craft. (33cl bottle from Saveur Bière)
