I am not getting a lot of aroma from this. Hoppy upfront, but a very sweet, malt body covers up a citrus rind hop flavor. The mouthfeel at the end has a dry hopped type feel. If I didn’t know ahead of time, I would not have thought this was a DIPA - maybe a hoppy brown ale - the sweet, malt is that strong.
Note: as it warms a bit, the hoppiness comes out a bit stronger in the finish. More of the citrus and a bit of pine. Still does not taste much like DIPAs I am used to./
Overall, it is pretty decent. Carbonation is pretty low, leaving it feel pretty creamy in taste with a bitter finish. miyauchi38 (1096) - chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 16, 2016

500 ml bottle, served in a tulip glass. Pours hazy bright copper with thick, fluffy off-white head. Aroma is rich, sweet caramel malt; just a hint of earthy vegetal hops. Taste is clean, rich, syrupy caramel malt; dank grassy hops with a bit of pineapple on the finish. Fairly boozy, relative to the 8% abv. Decent DIPA. robinvboyer (4677) - Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 3, 2016
Bright copper pour, medium white head. Nice aroma of citrus zest, oranges, and some solid pine resin. Good mouth feel, and carb. The finish is where this goes off the rails. It finishes with a medium bitterness and a super strange plastic/rubber flavour. Like opening up a new tire tube from its box. It just takes over and dominates. Couldnt finish it. jsquire (4492) - St. Marys, Ohio, USA - NOV 22, 2015
Golden color out of the bottle with a short lived off white head. Sharp nose of citrus peel and resin. Very well balanced caramel sweetness, coarse bread and lots of red grapefruit, resin and pine hops. Not as strong as some but very drinkable.

Not a fan of IPA’s but this one is drinkable. Starts out a little bitter but mellows out after a few pulls. Plenty of hoppy flavor slight after taste good head. Homer321 (5072) - Melboring, Florida, USA - AUG 20, 2015
Bottle thanks to gription. Nose is full of citrus rind, lots of grapefruit. A very clear, light orange color with a medium sized head. Pithy smelling. Taste is immediately bitter with a harsh, rough flavor, very piney hop flavor and keeps finishing with a very rough around the edge bitterness. Hits a peppery not in the throat at the end. Hides the alcohol well at least. Just needs a smoother bitterness. Brewfoolery (38) - California, USA - AUG 7, 2015
Pours golden and clear with a full white foamy head. Nose has high hop aroma with mild floral and spicy notes. Slight sweetness in taste but dry and bitter finish. CodeMonkey (1) - - JUL 13, 2015 does not count
My favorite beer. As a hop head, this has enough hops to hide the alcohol content, and yet still provides a nice floral finish. Theydon_Bois (19545) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - MAY 9, 2015
