COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Red Rock’s Golden Halo has a subdued malty character with a bright golden color, and a Nobel hop aroma. It’s crisp, clean flavor comes from it’s balance between German malt and Czech hops. Please seek salvation responsibly.

From bottle it’s mostly clear amber-gold with a fluffy but short head. Quiet aroma impression is pound cake, pastry dough, fabric, minerals, maraschino cherry / fruit cup esters. Medium bodied, more sweet than bitter, filmy-gelatinous mid-palate with a pasty-sugary finish. Very bland, almost cloying, with limp carbonation and little body.

Light, doughy, mild. A nice, nearly sessionable beer, but lacking in definition. Winchell brought this beer back to Lawrence with him from SLC in 2013.
