Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured a clear golden color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate complex citrus hop and yeast aroma. Medium to abundant body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate to long duration. Solid beer. Pint bottle, thanks to alexsdad06. Hazy brighter yellow color. Thin white head. Dots of lace, mostly loose, looks good though. Good lemony citrus aroma, straw hay aromas. Mild funk. Pretty nice saison aroma. Good mild zest moderate sweet, some herbal notes, mild tanginess. Light bitterness. Medium plus body. Smooth, kind of soft, lighter carbonation. More dry finish. Pretty damn nice tasty well-done saison. Better than expected. alexsdad06 (10580) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - SEP 10, 2014
500 ml bottle from my Utah Santa. Pours a clear golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor have doughy malt, somewhat dry, yeast, bubblegum, some fruity character, nothing really pops though. iguanodon (154) - Bountiful, Utah, USA - AUG 15, 2014
Pours clear gold with a thick white head. Aroma is musty straw, spice, a little citrus. Taste is spicy, peppery, lemon candy, bubblegum. Overall, not what I’ll reach for when I want a saison. jackl (8271) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUL 23, 2014
Bottle @ RBWG, Asheville. Deep slightly hazy yellow pour with a small head. Saison yeast, Belgian countryside. Some marshmallow and mandarin orange. Similar flavor. Pretty dry and somewhat chalky. Orange and honey. Light spice. Medium body, soft carbonation. Pleasant.

50cl bottle pours with a crystal clear gold body that supports an off white head of foam. The aroma offers up apple and pear like sweet fruity esters, saison yeasty spiciness and a light tart funky yeast sort of thing. The taste is similar with sweet fruity esters grudgingly giving up ground to some saison spiciness. It gets a tad funky with tart yeast and then it heads into sugar malt sweetness. This is too heavy and sweet but I do like the way it comes together. gunnfryd (15090) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JUN 24, 2014

bottle from the state liquor store
1 coriander , pepper, biscuit, no hop aroma 2 straw color with a white thick head, many fast rising bubbles 3 light caramel sweetness followed by a tart refreshing aftertaste, low hop flavor, some citrus at the end 4 medium body with a med-high carb level 5 A wonderfully tasty saison, fruity tart with just enough malt sweetness to keep it in check. Highly recommended. Theydon_Bois (20138) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - MAR 9, 2014
