750 @Tampa Weekly Gathering-Thanks Ibrew2or3 [via douglas88 perhaps!?]-pours a thin light tan head and hazy yellow/straw color. Aroma is sweet light malt, fruity, grassy. Taste is sweet light malt, fruity, grassy/spicy/wood hops. Yeasty. douglas88 (9631) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JAN 20, 2011
750 ml bottle. A gruit I guess, no hops, a traditional brew with Dandelions. Pours a cloudy orange color with a large white head. A sweet nose of spices, orange peel and light herbs. The flavor is a smooth Belgian Ale; light yeast, mostly dry, fruity, light flowers, strawberries. Enjoyable, warm and a lot of heft here. A very nice palate, creamy and thick.

Big thanks to douglas88 for this one. Waxed 75cl bottle pours opaque copper – gold with off white head. The aroma is smooth hay, lemon like acidity, spicy yeast, firm herbal notes and some saltiness. The taste comes across as wheat, lemon and salt to start with and then it gets herbally and apple like to midway. It ends with apple notes and some tartness. The tartness helps to create a somewhat dry finish. Sledutah (7839) - Utah, USA - DEC 23, 2009
750ml bottle at RedRock markwise (5450) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - APR 5, 2011
Appearance: Pours a cloudy golden with a same white head that dissipates quickly
Aroma: Sour aroma, citrus and grapefruit
Taste: Bitter at first then it is citrus, grapefruit and yeast. Finishes with a mild sour taste
This is a very different beer that is real good. Very well balanced with no real overpowering flavor. Is is almost like a dry wine with a sour taste. I enjoyed drinking it and hope someday that we can get it to go, instead of just available at the brewpub.
Thanks to IBrew2or3 for the share. Pours a hazy yellow with an off-white head. Nose is funk, herbs, Belgian yeast, pear, pepper, apple, and some malt. Flavor is similar with funk, herbs, grass, pear, esters, pepper, and green apple. Light-bodied, fizzy, and very enjoyable for a saison-esque Belgian ale. Very good fruity summer beer. On tap at the Daily Growler, UA. Cloudy orange-yellow pour. Aroma of yeasty, grapefruit, spice. Tastes are yeast, berry, floral, faint tart, pepper, toasted malt, herbal. Gription79 (2892) - Bountiful, Utah, USA - FEB 23, 2011
750 ml. I have to note that there have been two distinct batches on this beer. I tried both of these, but will be rating batch #2. Poured straw colored and cloudy. Nose had Belgian yeast characteristics (banana the most prominent). Tasted fruity with toasty malts, and had a sweet finish. Low Brett character. I am hoping that aged this beer will have more to offer.
