Special cask version. Old school pale ale, infused with juniper, bitter orange peel, and if that doesn’t peak your interest, it’s dry hopped with simcoe hops

On cask at the Bayou. Pours a cloudy amber/orange color with almost no head. A thin palate overall, not the lighter carb you’d expect from a cask, but just very little carbonation or body. A rich nose of pine, some fruit and light hops. The flavor is very well done: balanced juniper, some distinct orange peel, earthy, a bit of bitterness. Interesting. Herbal, drinks like a traditional ale from Scandinavia. With a better body it would be great.
