From cask at Berkhamsted Brewery Shop, Pours a light amber with a rich tan head. The smell is citrus, fruit, toasted grain. The taste is toasted grain, fruit, very dry and grainy end - very drinkable. Light+ body with nice fine carbonation. Another well made beer by Red Squirrel.

Goodmans Fields Spoons. Cask. Bright clear gold - amber beer. Tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and dry, mild fine carbonation. Light dry malts with very light and dry creamy sweetness. Definite white smoke on the back end. Hops are floral bitter with a good dose of citric orange as well. Peel bitterness. Finishes dry, white smoke lingering on.

Gravity at St Albans Beer Festival 2014. Poured a clear amber, with a dense white head. Aroma of malt, grass and floral hops. Crisp flavours, some straw and caramel. Finish was toffee, biscuit and resin.

Cask gravity at the St Albans beer fest 2014. Aroma is ash tray, smokey phenols, stale cigarettes offensive. Golden. Red coloured pour with a halo of white head. Flavour is nutty, light caramel, hint of smoke, raisin. Palate is semi sweet, grainy and moderate carbonation. Not impressed.

Cask gravity at Ale and Bakehouse Westgate on Sea. Deep reddish brown bitter. Very decent best bitter. Rich malts and good bitter leafy hkp on finish. Sessionable best bitter of good character good condition and just plain good bitter.
