Cask at the Grain & Hop Store, Cambridge. Mid-gold, fairly hazy. Not much head at all. Sharp grapefruit, pineapple and sandalwood aroma. Equally sharp bitter taste, there’s some underlying fruit sweetness but the finish turns bitter again. Medium finish with a slight, almost watery body. An excellent sessionable tipple.
