[cask at City Arms, Manchester] Golden brownish ale with a creamy half-inch head from the sparkler. Crisp, grassy hop aroma. On the palate, very drinkable, subtle hop profile, slightly spicy – touch of biscuity malt. Loved the Cascade finish. Went back for a second pint
