2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle. Poured a clear sparkling pale yellow with a large fizzy white head that was mostly lasting and had fair lacing. The aroma was pretty straight forward for a lager, it consisted of grain malts, piney hops and a soapy yeast. It tasted lightly sweet and grainy at first and ended about the same with a mild bitter hint at the finish. Mouthfeel was light in body and watery/creamy in texture with a fizzy carbonation. Overall just a basic lager with not a bad flavor, nice on a hot day.
Bottle from some supermarket. Pours clear golden, medium whiter head. Aroma of malts, grass, corn. Taste follows the same with mild bitter aftertaste. MetalNHopHead (2018) - Lincoln, Nebraska, USA - AUG 19, 2017
2000 rates down the road, and I’m just now trying a Red Stripe. Well, what the hell? Pale yellow color. You can’t say that it has much flavor or body to it, but you also can’t say it’s skunky, metallic, or fizzy. Tastes okay with spicy food on a hot day. Plus, I have to admit that I’ve always liked how the bottles look. jooilakon (192) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 19, 2017
Bottle 300 ml from Tesco. Aromas are malts with crisp citrus notes as well as subtle notes of industrial bottling (I can’t elaborate on this any further). White had and clear golden body. Taste is sweet malts. Average lager. Juks (757) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - AUG 13, 2017

I drunk it on a cruise ship in the Carabian in bottled form. A regular pilsner taste and you can taste the relatively low alcohol rate of 4.7% PugUglyBrewer (699) - - AUG 6, 2017
As easy going and loving as a lager from Jamaica can get. Loved the quirky commercials as a kid. Not hyper-carbonated as a typical lager. Doesn’t have the sickly sweet corn flavor. Watery, but quenching enough for a hot day. Rhombic (136) - Elx, SPAIN - AUG 1, 2017
Pours yellow, thick head. The aromas are sweet, cerealy and with a bit of a maltiness, lager-like. Peach and estery fruitiness too. So far it seemed as if I had found a great lager. But no. First sip- metallic, dull, sweet and virtually no flavour. Homeopathic citrus in flavour. Crisp. I give 3/10 because you could drink it and it was not clearly off. Watery, watery, watery. No finish and one might question whether there was even a start to begin with. Pretty terrible. sebsky (171) - ENGLAND - JUL 28, 2017
500 ml can @home,bb 31/08/2017.
Aroma... hmm... echo of some malt and even more distant echo of open sewer.
Taste - carbonated water with minimal maltiness.
May work well at thirst quenching. macca147 (229) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - JUL 24, 2017
Pint. Pours a pale clear gold with thin white head. Aroma: Mild biscuity malt, grass, citrus notes. Not aromatic. Taste: Very mild biscuity malt. Thin bodied. Moderate carbonation. Mildly sweet. Not much to this beer. Very average.
