Deep copper pour with some hop and caramel malt aromas, plus some rye hints. The palate is rather light in heft, and I got flavor notes of ryeish malt, some hops, and slight honey. This one isn’t putrid, but I wouldn’t drink it again. Give me gluten or give me death. BVery (10500) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - NOV 30, 2011
UPDATED: DEC 30, 2013 Bottle. Crystal clear yellow-gold pour with a fizzy initial head that dissipates to a very thin ring. Kind of a nasty grain nose. Thin fizzy palate. Taste is metallic and grain. Not good at all. alexsdad06 (10388) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 22, 2015
Bottle from notes. Pours a clear dark golden/light amber color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have very sweet malt character, fruit, tart grapes, cereal grains, thin, just not something I enjoy and makes me glad I don’t have food allergies. phaleslu (10246) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAY 28, 2013
12 oz. bottle at a wedding. Might as well try something new. Has a surprising amount of color, a clear amber with a small eggshell white head. Aroma of grapes, stale cereal, and sorghum sweetness. Flavor has the same notes, with some dry dough; has a weird tartness in there. Light-bodied, with a dry, fruity mouthfeel and high carbonation. I don’t know how to describe what I’m getting here. Sour paper? I don’t know. It’s not good, though. I’m glad I don’t have a gluten allergy. marcus (10222) - Sacramento, California, USA - SEP 24, 2008
This reddish gold beer poured with a decent off-white head and a rather skunky "cheap beer" aroma. There is a sour funky flavor - I guess that’s the sorghum - with a soapy finish. Slightly better than Bud.

>> Pours clear amber orange with little to no foam with zero retention. Nose is apple cider. Taste up front is sour apple cider, light sour bite, pool water. Lemony, tea finish. At least there is no dustiness or stale pine. No hop character nor malt. Super light bodied. Inoffensive, but not enjoyable.
Clear light gold, with a small fizzy head. Smells like smoky corn, slightly better than typical macro lager. Taste is wheaty, slightly woody, but otherwise very bland and corny sweet. Better than Bud or corona, but still a waste of time. blipp (9268) - La Mesa, California, USA - NOV 20, 2008
Bottle. Pours gold with a thin white head. Sweet aroma, a touch of bubblegum. the flavor is lightly sweet with bubblegum and a light metallic quality. Kind of boring, but not bad. douglas88 (9176) - Portland, Oregon, USA - AUG 2, 2011
12 ounce bottle from Dan’s. Pours a clear copper color with a small white head. A sweet grainy nose. The flavor is thin and easy with sorghum, spicy and earthy. Decent. This beer was surprisingly drinkable, no footbalming here. b3shine (8870) - Indiana, USA - MAY 30, 2013
Bottle to half-pint glass (shared with the Mrs.). Looks alright; a transparent gold with thin white head that dissipates quickly. Smells pretty bland with a bit of hops and a hint of apple juice. Below average on the palate. Not good.
