COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rich and chocolatey A proper imperial stout brewed with chocolate & caramel malts, and dark roasted barley. The flavour is immediately rich and chocolatey, giving way to espresso notes. It finishes with a great waft of citrus from a generous blend of our favourite hops.

Bottle. Pours a dark brown, blackish beer with a small tanned head on top. Aroma has chocolate, roasted malts, some coffee and nothing else. Some cookies and sweeter malts detected in the flavor, moderately sweet overall, light coffee in the finish. Very full flavored, despite low abv. Quite interesting, but nothing too shocking.

Served in a snifter from a 330ml bottle. Pours almost black opaque colour with a tan long lasting head, leaving plenty of lacing in the glass. Aroma is roasted citrus hops, dark malts, molasses, smoke and coffee. Taste is quite dry, with notes of wood, burnt coffee and molasses, pine resin and a touch of roasted malts, finishing off with long lasting medium pine bitterness. Medium body with soft carbonation. Nice one.
