3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Vino Wines. Pours a blonde colour with a thin white head. Aroma of bready yeast, caramel and alcohol. Similar flavours with mild carbonation and a fair CO2 prickle. A foamy mouth-feel and a lingering alcohol hum.
Bottle. Cloudy yellow. Slightly sour bitter taste whilst not grossly offensive wasn’t that easy to drink. How did it score so high? Disappointing. blackradioboy (214) - SCOTLAND - JUL 22, 2017
Bottle from Waitrose (£2.19). After the very good Old Ford, I was looking forward to this. Oh dear. Let's see... Sulphur nose. Tastes like a poor Belgian. Thin. Bit of cleaning fluid. Shoreditch Bland.

330ml bottle: BBD 4th Nov 17. Drank at home on 1st Jul 17 during a random tasting session with myself. Pale blonde pour, white head. A bit bland and uninteresting to be honest. Wasn’t expecting a Lager either. Floral, grass like aroma with a little fruitiness in the taste. Subtle in flavour and nose. joe19612 (2929) - camberley, Surrey, ENGLAND - JUN 25, 2017

Bottle. Pours medium opaque and pale golden with a medium white foam subsiding average. Scent is limes from far away and otherwise just pale malt. Taste is soft, juicy citrus notes on aromatic pale malt. Properties of weizen. Saison? Finish slightly sour and consistent juicy. Very great, low abv ale. berkshirejohn (6502) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - JUN 9, 2017
33cl bottle from Waitrose, Bracknell. A hazy straw colour with a thin white head; spciy yeast aroma; smooth grainy body, quite sweet and chalky; with a light spicy bitterness, and a dry finish with a lingering spicy touch. Seems more like a Witbier to me. wheresthepath (2335) - Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - MAY 26, 2017
Bottle that Ash gave me - cheers mate! It’s a cloudy gold beer with a middling white head. Up front it tastes of hefe yeast, breast and a hint of banana. Then floral and grassy flavours with a touch of spice. Finishes with a mild but growing and lasting bitterness. Bit like a cross between a hefe and a lager, and doesn’t quite work for me. jooilakon (170) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 25, 2017

Bottle from M&S, pours gold with a thin white head and a lemongrass, spicy and barnyard nose. Crisp, dry-bitter and faintly tart, with a light peppery Saison spiciness.
