Tasted 11/1/2017. Draught at Red Dot Brewhouse, Boat Quay, Singapore. Poured a crystal clear bright green (a lot like artificial lime cordial) with a white collar that laced OK. Carbonation moderate, slow and with medium sized bubbles. Aroma of slight sweet malt and hints of yeast. Taste of slight sweetness followed by sight sourness. Light body. Smooth with a slightly sour finish. The bright colour hints a bright flavours but these were not to be.

Draft at Red Dot, Boat Quay, Singapore. Clear bright green with a light white green head. Aroma is surprisingly dull given the bright color. Perhaps some light citrus and thats about it. Flavour is light sweet and bitter. Light bodied with light carbonation.

Tap at the RedDot Brewhouse, Boat Quay, Singapore. Poured a clear green colour with little life. The aroma is light citrus, grainy mineral. The flavour is light bitter with a light watery aniseed palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

If Heston Blumenthal were to make a beer, this could be it. The green color makes you want to believe things are lime and citrus. Reality is it is a very pleasant lager with nice aroma and bitterness. Very easy drinking in the Singapore heat.

Draught at the brewpub in Singapore
Mad scientist green color with small head. There is basically no aroma or flavor of beer, a light vegetable and minty touch; dry overall.
