Flat pour. Deep golden color. Faint notes of apple jolly rancher on the nose. Crisper feel than the appearance would suggest. Tastes like a less tart, orchard, rough-peeled Granny Smith.

On tap. Pours a near clear gold with visible carbonation and a white head that starts and remains at the edges. Aroma is full of sweet, almost candied apple. Flavor has lots of sweet apple/apple juice up front with a touch of crispness.

Pours a dark straw from a bottle. Not much going on here, lots of apple aroma and flavor, sweet.

Bottle from Smoker Friendly. Light golden in color. Nose is light apple. Smells like cider. A bit of a sugary sweet apple flavor to it, with a hint of tartness.

16 oz can pours a golden color with small white head. Aroma is all tart apples - no hops, no malt, and thankfully nothing weird or metallic. Taste is slightly sweet with a tart Granny Smith apple finish. Body is light with lively carbonation. This is easy to drink and could be refreshing on a hot day. Nothing special, but nothing offensive either.

Drank from 12 oz bottle. Golden color. Smells like apple. Tastes like apple juice. Fairly sweet, not bitterness. Light, soft carbonation. Lightly tart Granny smith finish. Overall far better than most sweet like beverages of this sort but still nothing special.

Taste like apple. I gear, no beer inside just smell like dirty socks, taste like dead sausage, yellow like urine. It’s not a beer its stinky pee of Apple cedar vinegar

12 oz. bottle served in a tumbler- poured a transparent thin yellow/orange color, high carbonation, no head. Aroma of granny smith apples, hot and freshly made simple syrup, and hard water. Hits the mouth with a small body, malt is clearly non-existent, apple flavoring dominates the tasting, finish is like water. Good thing this was a self made sample pack!

Not really beer.. More like very sour apple juice, so I guess it drinks much easier than a real beer. Definitely in the same league as hard ciders and hard lemonades; alcoholic juice for those who want to get drunk on something sweet. It irks me that they advertise this as an ale when it is almost indistinguishable from a hard cider. Not a bad drink, but not great. And most certainly not beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a pint glass. Aroma- Has an overwhelming smell of artificial apple sweetener Appearance- A very light yellow color no head at all. Taste- Tastes like modified apple juice, not good. Palate- A light bodied brew with a ton of carbonation. Overall- I did not enjoy this at all. But I haven’t had a good apple beer out of the three or four that I have tried.
