London Porter
Our dark brown coloured London Porter with chocolate, coffee, liquorice and dry roasted malt flavours complimented with hints of dark fruit. Generous late hopping adds some zest and the initial sweetness fades into a restrained bitter finish. Deceptively drinkable and a SIBA Gold medal winner.

Cask at The Earl Grey Inn, Leek. A deep brown colour with a medium beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, some dark fruits, slight chocolate and subtle liquorice.
Taste of roasted malts, dark fruits, some liquorice, slight coffee, a little chocolate and subtle spice. Medium bodied and soft carbonation. A dry, roasted liquorice and fruity bitterness in the finish. Started off a run of the mill porter but developed into a more fruity and liquoricey beer. Good.
