Same beer in two days, cask @GBBF and [email protected] Seemed to be a different beer according to my notes, but i enjoyed both versions the same.

[5973-20131020] Cask. Caramelized candy sticks aroma. Slightly hazy, orange body with a quick bubbly head. More caramel candied orange in the flavour. Mild bitter and sweet toasted light citrus flavour. Medium body. Good, nice mild bitter balance. (7/3/7/3/14) 3.4

Cask at the Euston tap. Light amber colour with a cascading creamy off white head. Aroma is light caramel nutty malts with a little touch of pine resin. Palate is wonderfully smooth and perfect cask condition. Flavour is medium caramel, base malts with grassy piney hop. Wonderfully balanced and very very drinkable. Little lingering spicy hop and light caramel malts.

Bottle. My first from this brewery.Bronze and a bit thin.Slightlly hoppy with some fruitiness. Name is a clever play on words but the beer is not so creative..

UPDATED: NOV 1, 2014 Half pint at the Euston Tap. A: Pale amber, bronze, cloudy, kept a lid of film, lots of lacing. S: Apples on the turn. T: Earthy, burnt toffee, some wheat and fruit slightly on the turn. M: Medium body, moderate carbonation. O: Decent enough but fell between session beer and something really memorable.
