Cask at craft beer Co Clerkenwell, for the tap takeover. A clear golden coloured pour with a lasting thin white head. Aroma is pale Base malts, lemon citrus, light tropical fruit notes. Flavour is composed of semi sweet Base grains with a little biscuit notes, candied orange peel and lemon, hints of pine. Cask gravity at Pig’s Ear 2015. It pours clear amber with a small white head. The nose is fresh, toasty, juicy, floral and lemon parfait. The taste is soft, toasty, earthy, woody, floral, grainy, grassy, spice and some straw with a dry, lightly spiced finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Respectable golden ale. Taste comprises toasted bread, melon, orange pith, citric tinged straw.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close.

Cask at The White Horse, Parsons Green on 23 March 2013. Poured golden, with a thin, rocky white head. Aroma of soft fruit, some citrus and caramel. Cask at Tap East Anniversary Party. It pours a clear golden colour with a minimal white head. Aroma is grassy and hoppy, another good hoppy profile from Trinity. Taste is zesty and hoppy. Un-retired! Cask @ Pigs Ear 2012. The pour’s deep gold with a tiny head. The nose is moldy grapes, some skunk, plenty of fresh grass and pacific hop. Clear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toasted, moderate to light heavy hoppy, citrus, grapfruit, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.
