Cask at craft beer Co Clerkenwell, for the tap takeover. A clear golden coloured pour with a lasting thin white head. Aroma is pale Base malts, lemon citrus, light tropical fruit notes. Flavour is composed of semi sweet Base grains with a little biscuit notes, candied orange peel and lemon, hints of pine. Cask gravity at Pig’s Ear 2015. It pours clear amber with a small white head. The nose is fresh, toasty, juicy, floral and lemon parfait. The taste is soft, toasty, earthy, woody, floral, grainy, grassy, spice and some straw with a dry, lightly spiced finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Respectable golden ale.

Taste comprises toasted bread, melon, orange pith, citric tinged straw.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close.
Cask at The White Horse, Parsons Green on 23 March 2013. Poured golden, with a thin, rocky white head. Aroma of soft fruit, some citrus and caramel. Un-retired! Cask @ Pigs Ear 2012. The pour’s deep gold with a tiny head. The nose is moldy grapes, some skunk, plenty of fresh grass and pacific hop. The taste is acerbic pacific hop funk, sherbet, lemon peel and straw. Nice, light. Quite bitter on the finish. Overall, quite a nice, hoppy half.
