As the fall days grow shorter, beer drinkers naturally start their migration toward more robust, full-bodied brews. Late Harvest is an easy-drinking, yet flavorful brew that features a deep chestnut color and unique, roasted malt aroma and flavor. Late Harvest’s rich flavor is the result of using four different malts, yet the robust profile remains balanced and sophisticated, thanks to our two distinctive hop additions. Late Harvest pairs nicely with grilled burgers or any tailgate cuisine. Available August through October.

(english pint) Pretty average. Not much of a head, barely covered surface. Not a very strong aroma, but not bad. The flavor actually improves as you let it sit (for about 10 minutes) and it was getting better by the sip. Decent, but I don’t know that I would buy another six pack. Maybe a pint at a bar.

Alright. Moderate head, similar to the Redhook ESB. Fairly bitter to my taste buds, not one of my favorite autumn brews.

Bottle. Amber in color, off white head. NIce aroma reminds me of hazelnut. Taste starts off malty with a mild hop finish. Slightly warming mouthfeel. A nice mild autumn ale.

Bottle. Pours rich amber with a smallish tan head. Aroma is heavy on grain and sweet fruit. Taste is lightly acidic and rather sweet with a lightly bitter finish. Overall not a bad beer for the early fall season. I think it will quickly lose it’s appeal once the outside temp drops below 70 though.
