ROGUE (2215) - Lewes, Delaware, USA - DEC 28, 2008
12oz bottle. Pours clear gold with a smallish head. Nice lacing though. Not much aroma just some herbal hops. Taste is pretty average. A bit of malt sweetness and character. Not a lot of hop flavor complexity. Medium to perhaps a bit light bodied. Moderately carbonated. Pretty drinkable.

pours a golden color with a thin white head Taste like a one sided IPA with some hops and that is about it 12 oz bottle

WakeandBake (549) - Greenville, Michigan, USA - DEC 19, 2008
Bottle.Pours a clear, golden/pale tea color with a lingering, slightly off-white head that leaves some light lacing. The aroma and flavor indicate a fresh, floral, grapefruit, and light pine hop presence. There is also a bit of toasty caramel malt in the flavor. The bitterness level is mild to moderate; just enough to make this beer interesting. The only downsides are that the body seems a bit thin and watery from time to time and there is also a tinge of a metallic edge in the finish sometimes. Pretty good, suprised it was rated so low

popery (2170) - San Francisco, California, USA - DEC 18, 2008
Blandly bitter IPA. Light caramel malt that fails to achieve any semblance of balance against the bland hop bitterness. An average to mediocre beer in a very competitive category. Slight oiliness on the palate. Light golden color with a rocky head. Some citric and floral notes from the hops but just not enough richness from the hops, at least as compared to the heights of the IPA style.

cbeers21 (693) - Miami, Florida, USA - NOV 28, 2008
Nice looking pour with fairly robust hop presence on taste and smell. Quieter malt presence allows for the drying hop quality to overpower the taste, and this leaves it a little unbalanced. Still this is a pretty good brew and a middle of the road IPA.

Snojerk321 (2960) - San Diego, California, USA - NOV 26, 2008
Pours a light little amber color with a medium off white head. Smells of light hops and grapefruit citrus. Nothing complex, smells a little hoppy like it should. The flavor had a decent amount of hops to it, certainly held its own in that regard. Some grapefruit citrus lingers in the finish and the aftertaste with a decent hop bitterness as well. Solid little IPA, wasn’t expecting too much and was pleasantly surprised.

POured a dark yellow color with a white head. Aroma was a lttle bit of spicey hops, some malt, a bit weak. Flavor was also a bit watery, but a nice hop balance form wat was there.

Bottle. Pours coppery orange with thing head. Smells piney, grassy, citrusy and fruity. Tastes sweet and floral, followed quickly by some citrus, then piney/bitter. Some malts present. Excellent blend of flavors.

thornecb (5994) - Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA - NOV 19, 2008
Pours gold into a shaker. Head quickly recedes to hug rim leaving sickly lacing. Strawberries and resin aromas. Crisp with sour hops from front to back.

ditmier (1508) - Boise, Idaho, USA - NOV 18, 2008
2008 Bottle - Pours a pale orange with a small head, aroma is citrus hops, slight malt...flavour is pretty straightforward, astringent hops, a bit coppery as well...not bad, just not great...
