Redhook Pilsner is brewed in a traditional Czech style and is the first pilsner Redhook Ale Brewery has ever released. Red Hook Pilsner offers a very soft palate and malt flavors that are offset by a medium dose of distinct Czech hops to bring out its authentic flavors. The refreshing beer finishes with a clean, bright, thirst-quenching quality. Red Hook Pilsner pairs nicely with barbecued chicken, bratwurst, spicy food, fresh fish, and green salad. A nice brew. Love red hook but knew this one would lack the punch like normal.

Theis (15150) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUN 16, 2013
Bottle at DØE BeerFest 2013. Clear yellow - white head. Grainy, hay, straw, citrus, fruity hoppy notes, breadish, light sweetness, light malty, ok bitterness.

[US West Coast Trip 2013] Ja det här var verkligen bra eller speciellt. Citrus med en viss beska som hänger kvar.

Defreni (3325) - Husum, DENMARK - JUN 14, 2013

Bottle, 5.3%. Faint papery aroma. Clear shiny golden colour. Small white head. Papery flavour at first, but nicely malty. Dusty later with a faint spicy hop note. At first not so good, but after a while quite OK.

Bamsen78 (5617) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JUN 9, 2013
