Pours golden color, clear, almost brilliant, with foamy white head. Aroma: rich hop aroma with notes of spices, pine, flovers, gentle citruses. Flavor: hop flavor have the same notes, mentioned by aroma, supported with crisp, bread like malt flavors. Finish is slightly bitter. Body is medium, texture soft, carbonation moderate medium. 1/5/10 On draft at the Woodinville Brewery. Aroma is all sweet hop flora forward with medium earthiness but no sourness. Appearance is hazy gold with a medium white head. Flavor is Hop forward but light on bittering, with a true suragy sweetness to balance and a starchy grainy character that never translates into texture. Mouthfeel is medium-full bodied with a very low carb texture fan finishing earthy bite that quickly fades. Overall, a bit simplistic, but goes down very easy, so can’t be faulted for that.
