Paleish amber pour with nice lacing. The aroma was earthy and funky. The malt profile was rather fruity with some toasty biscuity caramel flavors with a moderate level of bitterness present. Hops were piney and earthy. An okay beer.

Long Hammer is good, this is BETTER! , has beautiful copper/amber color and nice lacy foam. Aroma is hoppy like any IPA, but flavor is not overpowering with hops. A LOT smoother then you would think, I think itís a much better product, then the standard Long Hammer but because of the Alcohol content and the brewing process, it will never be bottled, too bad. But if you are the area, get this on tap.

Only available on tap, so bring your growler! Much nicer than Long Hammer, has beautiful copper/amber colour and nice lacy foam. Aroma is hoppy as an IPA should be, but flaour is not overpowering with hops as Long Hammer is, but hoppy enough for any regular IPA drinker. Which they bottled this instead of the Long Hammer as I think itís a much better product, but I satisfy my cravings by living nearby the Portsmouth, NH brewery.
