Bottle. Pours a hazy dark golden color with a smallish white head. Nose is a little citrusy with some wheatiness coming through. Taste is a little light and very slightly citrusy. OK, but nothing special. edgallow (4154) - nashville, Tennessee, USA - MAY 1, 2013

12oz Bottle – Gravity Beer Market – Olympia, WA
Golden in color, cloudy with a thin white head. Good hops and wheat aroma. Nice easy drinking wit beer. Light malt with a fruit backing. There is a hint of ginger in the flavor. This was a very tasty Wit beer.
Pour is a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is some orange peel but that is very minor. Flavor again is very minor coriander with a little fruityness. This was not a good wit. Very bland and dull. valpoaj (742) - Valparaiso, Indiana, USA - JAN 26, 2013
Bottle - pours pale straw yellow with a highly effervescent white head that descends quickly into a film then lingers. Aroma is pretty faint...wheat, some spice, hint of banana / orange. Flavor is even fainter than the aroma...but what is there is actually quite pleasant, but unlike most witbiers I’ve had in the past - very fruity with lemon and orange, hint of banana, slight bit of yeast, touch of spice, splash of corn. Palate is highly carbonated, but quite easy drinking. I’m really torn on this one...part of me wants to see the flavors come out more, but the other part of me appreciates this for what it is - a very light wit that is highly sessionable. Well, would I have one again - certainly...so it can’t be all that bad!

Bottle. Pours clear yellow with a small, fizzy, white head. Disappears rather fast. Aroma has apples, light wheat, a bit skunky, coriander. High, prickly carbonation, dryish and light mouthfeel. Flavour is mild, some sweet wheat, light grainy, pineapple, apples. Boring. Stevesie (336) - - JAN 13, 2013
From bottle at a tasting. Cloudy appearance with wheat in the nose. Light bodied; the ginger is impactful, but not overbearing. Nice spin on a Witbier. Love the tagline. DedicatedToFun (4000) - Santa Monica, California, USA - JAN 12, 2013
I wasn’t a fan of this, manger with ginger but that still doesnt do it for me, cheap but not impactful geologyguy (1583) - Columbia, South Carolina, USA - NOV 18, 2012
smooth and flavorful beer, with just a splash of fruit flavor...good all around!...... colej1650 (14) - Lincoln, Nebraska, USA - NOV 8, 2012
Poured with little to no head. Light color, with a hint (almost none) of ginger. Ok beer.
