Where Purchased: 473ml can from the brewery Consumed: from an Guinness glass Aroma: Smells slightly sweet with a hint of malts ans chocolate. Appearance : unfiltered medium to dark brown with thin head that disappears within a few sips. No lacing. Some yeast or sediment floating around that settled at the bottom. Taste: very well balanced. Not too sweet and no sign of hops. Palate : medium body. Malty sweet aftertaste. Decent carbonation. Overall: Well balanced and easy drinking beer. Not as carbonated as I would have preferred, but still very good. Just lacking on flavour a little bit. I was glad to try but would not buy again. MB. The Beer "Bear"on.

Draught at Redline. Very dark brown with tan head. Sweet almond and vanilla, with some chocolate and coffee notes to balance it out a bit. Smells of sweet chocolate and almonds, some vanilla and leather. Pretty good.

Light vanilla like generic whitevice cream and some roast. Good balance and easy to drink. Almonds quite hidden. Brown pour with decent head and lacing. A little watery on consistency, but barreling isn’t otherwise overdone. Tap at Barhop.

Deep brown pour. The nose is really sweet and vanilla laden. Some oak and a touch of chocolate as well. Malts are really bright and clean for something with this much going on. Nutty finish and a bit of light roast. Damn tasty.

On tap at Bar Hop. Pours a ‎rubyish brown colour with good-sized creamy light tan head. Aroma is big vanilla, nuts, toasted malt and some fruitiness. Flavour is also vanilla forward with a mellow toastiness, some tree fruit and an underlying nuttiness. Slightly creamy mouthfeel. Nice.

Draft at Redline. Pours a dark ruby caramel with a half finger of khaki head. Aroma has great notes of caramel, toffee, slight roast, and bread. Taste is slightly sweet with a creamy vanilla, slight spice, maybe cinnamon or mint, roasted malts, caramel, toffee, and a hint of coffee at the end. Medium-full body with a medium carbonation. Mildly creamy mouth feel with a dry finish. Overall a slightly sweet brown with hints of vanilla, spice, roasted malts, and coffee.

[Draught at Bar Hop 2] Pours a deep amber-red with a small semi-lasting frothy beige head. Aroma of vanilla, toasted malt, nuts, a hint of coffee, chocolate and light hops. Nice flavour, vanilla and chocolate first followed by some coffee, nuts and very light hops. Average+ bodied. Pretty good actually, but not in huge doses.
