330ml bottle. Cloudy and honey in colour. Nice banana aroma. a good version of a hefeweizen. Sevenlee (1846) - Central Coast, NSW, AUSTRALIA - FEB 25, 2012
Pours a cloudy yellow with a tall white head. Aroma is wheaty with some banana and cloves. Taste is also wheaty with some banana and cloves. OK ALLOVATE (3015) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - JAN 13, 2011
Tasting from Jan’ 2009.Blockley (104) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - OCT 15, 2010
Very subtle lemon zest and lemon/lime cordial nose, a little hit of clove and dank liquor. Appearance has merit, though it is very pale. Lots of furious carbonation at work amid its sandy yellow body. A rocky snow-white cap, two inches thick, crowns it off. A little sour and quite tangy in the mouth. Pronounced wheat flavour, a little vanilla and lemon acidity down the sides towards a wad of clove-like and smoky phenols in the back. It is pasty in mouthfeel and has a touch of chlorine in the swallow which is thankfully short, crisp. Featherweight in body and with high fizz, almost biting on the tongue. Just a little too much of what I don’t want in a wheat beer here. Hmmm! (33cL, No date stamp, The Beer Store Morley)

Pours a clear amber, which is odd since it should be cloudy, with a weak white head. The aroma is not as strong as one might like, but is mostly of fruit and wheat. The flavour is the saving grace of this beer, being refreshing and balanced with a bitter hint. The mouthfeel is slightly fizzy and has a thin/medium body.
The biggest shame about this beer is that it could have been so much better than it is.
Tap. Organic heffeweizen. Not bad, not great. Aroma is wheat, and citrus. Flavour is sweet, with light bitterness, and average duration. Oily in the palate, with a thin-medium body. Yellow colour, with a fizzy white head that doesn’t last.

Bottle, says organic on the label. Hazy gold, white head that didn’t last. Subdued esters - not that banana-y. Taste is citrusy and very spicy. Astringent and fizzy mouthfeel. Would be a good cheese beer. frankcolub (88) - Ashbury, AUSTRALIA - NOV 8, 2009
bottle ,foamy while head ,slightly hazy pale straw body. Grainy wheat nose hint of spices.Yeasty malt dominant on the body, Flavour is wheatybland with some bitterness. not the best redoak beer. BarossaLuke (552) - AUSTRALIA - NOV 6, 2009
This was called Organic Hefeweizen so I suppose its the same thing. Didn’t ahve the aroma profile I was expecting from a Hefe style wheat beer. Lacked the banana, clove ester aromas I’ve had from true German Hefes. Palate was thin and a bit watery. On a night when we tasted maybe a dozen beers this was one of the lowlights. A little dissapointing. gam (3930) - brisbane, AUSTRALIA - AUG 31, 2009
Good head and great look rapid carbonation in a lemon pour, aroma malty wheat, clove her light cinnamon, yeast note, flavour oh,sour nothing like the aroma, green banana taste, clove, more sour than bitter a pity, can taste a yeast plesantness, this could have been a good weizen, finish wheat herb/spice but sourness is a problem. Bottle - Fruity aroma with a metalic tinge. Almost lemony acidic flavour, this was way too sour for my tastes. Not what I was expecting.
