COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Redstone’s flagship mead! Lovely color & smooth fruitiness make this our most popular mead. Also blends well with porters, stouts, wheat beers, and sour ales! With the mouth feel and texture of beer and the light taste of a lower alcohol mead this beverage is the very definition of "refreshing".

I was looking forward to trying this mead. However, it has a funky flavor, almost as though the fermentation process was too hot, or the mead wasn't aged long enough. It would be interesting to see what flavor profile this mead would if it sat for a year or two.

Super fruity and sweet mead. The berries pop, but it almost takes away the meadiness of it all. Fun and easy and bubbly.

Tap at Brix. Clear orange pour with a minor head. Nice dark fruit / berry nose and taste. Not brilliant, but tasty.

Draft at Barrel Republic PB. Pours clear burgundy with a very thin head. Tastes like smooth honey, berry, faint herb, dry apple, and cookie malt. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like honey, berry, light booze, faint herb, apple, and cookie malt.

750ml swingtop bottle. Poured a clear pinkish color with a tiny head that quickly dissipated. Taste of sweet honey, subtle raspberry with a phenolic finish. Not the best mead I’ve had, but quite enjoyable regardless. Cheers!

Draught @ Sessionable. Pours a clear pale pinkish red colour. Nose is a fruity berry subtle nail polish. Flavour is berry sweet with a rough alcohol character that leans toward an acetone nature.

Sample at the Manitou Wine Festival. Dark purple color, and the aroma is sweet, ripe blackberries. Notes of cloves and vanilla. Very sweet and fruity. This is a delicious, fruity mead.
