COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Redstone’s flagship mead! Lovely color & smooth fruitiness make this our most popular mead. Also blends well with porters, stouts, wheat beers, and sour ales! With the mouth feel and texture of beer and the light taste of a lower alcohol mead this beverage is the very definition of "refreshing".

PhillyCraft (7586) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 30, 2013
Bottle. Pours slightly clearish red, notes of pelegrino and cranberry, light blackberry, floral honey, lots of cranberry carbonation. Light bitterness and dryness. Underrated and Interesting mead, thanks for sharing Taylor.

Jesterdeal (1985) - Marlton, New Jersey, USA - MAY 30, 2013
Bottle shared and given by Taylor. Aroma of blueberry, blackberry and not much else. Pours pink purple with nice carbonation. Taste is berry up front but quickly fades to a boring seltzer water finish. Not very remarkable. If fruit juice and club soda are your thing, this is great.

Brouwerij (959) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - MAY 21, 2013
On tap at Reuben’s. Pours a clear pink red with no head or lacing. Aroma is honey, quite sweet, raspberry, syrup. Flavor is fruity, raspberry, with a cough syrup, sweet, mildly medicinal finish. Good masking of alcohol. Soft carbonation, medium body, and mildly dry finish. Fruity, juicy, raspberry mead, almost over the top.

Bacterial (3027) - Twin Cities, Minnesota, USA - MAR 4, 2013
Light pink pour from a cool swing-top bottle. Nose is excellent, bursting with raspberry and an undertone of honey. Taste was not quite as brilliant, this was good, but not intense like the nose indicated.

This is just okay. Has some light blackberry flavor but really doesn’t have much strength or honey flavor. Not that great.
