Draft - Sweet bready mead. Clear gold. Lots of bready notes, honey and vanilla. Not sure I get the boysenberry. burg326 (5565) - Florida, USA - MAY 30, 2014
Poured a light peach color with aromas of dry earth, light boson berries, some cider and a touch of honey. Flavors are dry sparkling cider with a touch of boysenberries. Decent but can’t do too much of it. AR (1000) - Georgia, USA - APR 13, 2014

Clear light pink color, no head. Sweet, honey, berry scent. Tart, berry, honey taste. Spritzy mouthfeel, tart finish.
Pinkish, light red color. Aroma is honey, fruit, sugar. Taste is initially sweet, but the finish is fairly dry. Very easy to drink. If I didn’t have shit to do tomorrow, I would be finishing this bottle and getting loose. One glass in, and I am light headed. arminjewell (9689) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - JAN 19, 2012
Pour on tap was dark red with no head, aroma was some sweet berry, drying oak and slight vanilla notes, a bit less sweet this time. Taste is sweet berry but dried out with some floral honey and oak notes, carb also bitters it a bit. onceblind (10067) - Denver, Colorado, USA - AUG 2, 2011
Clear rose in color. Aroma of sweet syrupy boysenberry, with very light and sweet honey backing it up. Taste was the same, but less honey. Too boysenberry forward with a sweet sugary finish. You have to like boysenberry to enjoy this one. I didn’t much care for it. Dogbrick (13389) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JAN 15, 2011
UPDATED: FEB 9, 2011 Sample at the Mead Molehill tasting on 01/10/2011. Clear amber color with no real head or lacing apparent. Aroma of blackberries and honey. Medium body with a sweet honey and tart berry flavor that seems a little disjointed. The finish is fruity and short. Slightly above average overall.
