This bottled Mead from a beer bar poured a head of bubbles that were and left behind a very softly carbonated transparent weak yellow colored body and no lacing. The mild aroma was fruity. The off-tasting mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish with a lingering fruity aftertaste. The strange flavor contained notes of honey and fruity. Not one that I would likely drink again. GTAEgeek (2497) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - JUN 4, 2016
Sampled at the Manitou Wine Festival. Nice clover and wildflower honey, with a subtle touch of spruce, which tones down the sweetness a bit. This is a tasty, well made mead, but the juniper doesn’t really add much... Headbanger (4022) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - MAY 28, 2015
750ml bottle 5/28/15 (Courtesy of TerryR)-38° in snifter-Pours golden with no head. Aroma of wine, alcohol, and honey. Taste of the same with a bit more alcohol. This light bodied mead is not bad but just comes across hot. unclemike (3195) - Junction City Kansas, Kansas, USA - APR 22, 2015
Clear gold in color with soft sweet honey aromas that softly layer on hints of wood and gin. Dry tannic honey and citric hay-like flavors throughout. Airy body, dry, semi-sweet finish. Nice experiment here that seems to work well mcberko (19837) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 22, 2014
Sampled at Elizabeth Station, pours a clear blonde. Nose is syrupy with lots of honey and alcohol. Flavour is syrupy and cloying, with a medicinal taste and lots of alcohol. Not the most refined mead by any means. Too syrupy, cloying and medical. Not so good.

Bottle at home, thanks Bill! Pours clear golden with no head. Spices, different berries, honey and piney notes on the nose. Smooth mouthfeel. Taste is a bit tart with notes of pine trees, spices, lingon berries and juniper. Interesting mead! obguthr (6827) - Staunton, Virginia, USA - FEB 18, 2013
Honey nose. Crystal clear yellow, still. Rather light body, alcohol less evident than expected, Honey flavor with a lemony tang. Not much in the way of juniper, but different.
