This bottled Mead from a beer bar poured a head of bubbles that were and left behind a uncarbonated transparent weak yellow colored body and no lacing. The mild aroma was cinnamon vanilla honey and fruity. The off-tasting crisp mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish with a lingering spicy aftertaste. The odd tasting flavor contained notes of vanilla honey and cinnamon. Not one that I would likely drink again.

750ml bottle 5/31/15 (Courtesy of TerryR)-38 in snifter-Pours a hazy golden with no head. Aroma of honey and vanilla. Taste of the same with the cinnamon and slight alcohol coming thru. This light bodied beverage hits the spot on a cool evening.

Well this is aptly named. You can taste the honey, the vanilla and the cinnamon. The flavor works pretty well. This may be the best Ive had from them, but it still doesnt rank as a high meadery for me.

Bottle shared with a friend. Pours a near hazy copper with no sign of carbonation. The aroma is big vanilla beans, honey crystals, some cinnamon, and maybe a hint at some wood. Taste is sweet and a little bit spice forward. Thick, sweet, sugary mouthfeel. I liked this much more than I anticipated.

My absolute favorite mead from Redstone. Aroma smells strongly of honey and vanilla. Flavor is mild honey (alfalfa and wildflower) thickened by vanilla and balanced with spicy cinnamon at the finish. Balanced toward the sweet side.

Bottle @ Redstone. Golden pour. Nice cinnamon aroma. Vanilla, sugar cookie dough, honey, and caramel. Spicy cinnamon flavor up front. Lots of sweet vanilla. Tastes of sugar cookie dough as well. Plenty of honey, too.

Bottle @ home. Pours a pretty clear golden appearance with no head. Huge cinnamon roll, vanilla, white fruity, sweet dessert, fairly spicy aroma. Moderately sweet, big vanilla, cinnamon, rich cinnamon roll frosting, sweet honey flavor. Really nice drink to share at Christmastime with relatives.
