16oz can 2/12/15 (Courtesy of TerryR)-40° in Snifter-Pours a clear golden with no head. Aroma of hops, honey, caramel, and apple. Taste of apple, honey, hops, and sweetness. This light bodied mead is different but still tasty. madchemist83 (272) - USA - DEC 30, 2014
Can. Aromas of honey, apple, caramel, Moscato wine, touch of C hops. Effervescent and crystal clear. Reminds me apple cider mixed with honey and hopped .. Extensive palate with all the notes described above plus alcohol, which is masked finely. ajnepple (6625) - Denver, Colorado, USA - DEC 23, 2014

"Cool and unique - never had a dry hopped mead before. Abv hidden, hippiness a really nice twist, especially in the nose. Light honey and a citrusy bitterness throughout. "

Guest tap at Perennial, served in a wine glass. Pours the color of white wine - clear, with no head. Notes of honey, florals, tea, lemon, and wet paint. Light-bodied, with low carbonation and a vinous mouthfeel. Not much to say about this one. Very basic mead. jtclockwork (16600) - , New Jersey, USA - JUN 24, 2014

On tap at the 2014 OCBF. Pours a clear pale gold with no head whatsoever. Aroma has lots of honey that is slightly dry, a bit of sweetness and a touch of backing pine. Flavor has a combination of sweet and dry honey with a hint pine backing. Machinari_Diem (58) - - FEB 23, 2014
The mead to win over pale ale lovers. Aroma is beautiful bouquet of American hops backed by honey sweetness. Flavor is loaded with floral hops, slight citrus notes backed by light honey sweetness (hydromel strength) that is perfectly matched to the hops. Finished clean on the palate. Sampler at Scrumpy’s. Appearance: honey yellow, clear. Aroma: nice hops scent, citrus, floral, honey background. Palate: same sticky honey, but with light bitter finish that lasts a couple seconds. Taste: sweet honey, falling into mild bitterness. Overall, I really enjoyed this one, more so likely because I am more of a hoppy beer person than a sweet mead person.
