Dry-hopped with Amarillo and Centennial hops give this Nectar a hoppy nose and a floral & citrus flavor. Hints of bitterness.

Boulder Strong Ale Fest 2007. Body is very light yellow (almost colorless). Aroma is lightly hoppy (resin), with notes of insecticide, lemon zest, and honey. Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly acidic. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, unclean. Light to medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Oh man...this was pretty awful stuff. Really unclean.

Bottle shared by a friend. Clear yellow pour with a thin white head. Aroma of fresh floral hops and honey. Honey sweet flavor with a mint and bitter finish.

Surprised at the low scores. I found this really nice and refreshing. The dry hopping gave it a really nice finish and solid flavor.

Location: Tap at Rattle N Hum, 4/17/10

Aroma: The aroma is sweet, with some fruity, some honey, and some resiny hop notes
Appearance: Pours a clear apple juice body with minimal head
Flavor: The taste is pretty sweet as well, with a slight hop presence for some balance
Palate: The carbonation is fizzy, and the body is light and refreshing
Overall Impression: This stuff was pretty interesting. Certainly a crisp and refreshing drink, though not my favorite style in the world, I do enjoy one of these every now and again.

This bottled Mead from a beer bar poured a head of bubbles that were and left behind a very softly carbonated transparent weak yellow colored body and no lacing. The mild aroma was cinnamon vanilla and honey. The off-tasting crisp mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish with a lingering spicy aftertaste. The odd tasting flavor contained notes of mild spice and honey. Not one that I would likely drink again.

Autumn Brew Review, 2013. Clear color. Fairly dry, just a little sweetness. Mild hops in the aroma and more in the flavor.

Interesting aroma of stale grassy noble hops, hay, and of course honey. Very pale yellow, clear and still. Dry and light flavor initially, but the flavor of clover and honey , still dry, appears and gathers steam to a climactic finish. Soft carbonation. The intensity never gets there for me although the flavor is nice for a drier mead.

Had this on draft at breckenridge brewery in Denver. Clear orange pour with no head. This is awful. Cant even finish it. Tastes like rotten apple cider. About spit this out

Wow. The first mead Ive ever had that smells of hops. Also the lightest alcohol mead for me as well. A very thin finish. Dont get much hops or any really in the flavor.
