Dixonian (1657) - Plano, Texas, USA - JUN 4, 2012
On tap @ Strangeways. Clear and pale yellow pour - smells and tastes honey sweet with tangerine and a touch of floral hops.

AmEricanbrew (7080) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - JUN 29, 2012
Clear golden color. Cinnamon, light honey aromas. Same spicy cinnamon, light honey flavors, couldn’t taste any hops--good

3.5
HIGHB4LL (837) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - FEB 1, 2014
Sampler at Scrumpy’s. Appearance: honey yellow, clear. Aroma: nice hops scent, citrus, floral, honey background. Palate: same sticky honey, but with light bitter finish that lasts a couple seconds. Taste: sweet honey, falling into mild bitterness. Overall, I really enjoyed this one, more so likely because I am more of a hoppy beer person than a sweet mead person.

arminjewell (9727) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - JAN 19, 2012
Pour out of bottle is clear yellow-orange, aroma brings notes of floral and slight grapefruit hops, touch of sweet honey and vanilla as well. Taste is a mix of honey, floral and citrus hops, finishing fairly dry but the honey sweetens a bit. Nice stuff actually.

robinvboyer (4812) - Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 13, 2012
Obvious loads of floral honey, and a touch of apples with. Pleasant citrus hit from the hops. No bitterness, but you get a nice shot of citrus from the hops. Quite pleasant, but you cant drink very much at once.

3.4
gnoff (11145) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - OCT 9, 2012
Draught at Redstone in Boulder, on October 8, 2012
Clear pear color, small white head. Sweet, hoppy, citrus scent. Sweet, sugary, wood taste. Spritzy mouthfeel, tart finish.

3.4
iggynelix (168) - Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 9, 2013
Light pale in appearance and thin. Feels like a white wine spritzer with the sharpness of a pinot grigio with only over tones of honey. Very distinct. A nice summer session with some sharp cheeses

3.4
Sammy (12995) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 3, 2013
A nice mead, hoppy, light yellow colour. Citrus and nice drinkability. Worth it for mead fans.

3.4
ajnepple (7342) - Lakewood, Colorado, USA - DEC 23, 2014
Sampled at Biggie Wine & Liquor. Very pale clear appearance, minimal head. Medium sweetness and light hop bitterness.
