UPDATED: MAY 2, 2009 Crushed with Jakebra at BSAF. Honey and nectar on the nose and in the flavor. Not much in the way of hops, however. Incredibly sweet still.
Re-rate: Nice nose with lots of sweetness. Very sweet flavor but not overly. Just pleasant. Pretty awesome. hopscotch (11078) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - DEC 14, 2009
Bottle… Pours pale yellow with effervescence and an immediately dissipating, fizzy, white head. The aroma is an odd blend of honey, vanilla and herbs that hint at wood stain or clear wood finish. Medium-bodied with a syrupy/oily mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Sweet, for the most part, but also very mildly acidic. Lengthy, crisp, sweet (but not overly so) finish. An odd bird, this one, but I have no real gripes. Very braggot-like, but better than most examples of a very strange style. Thanks go out to TheCheeseMan and redlight for the glassful! arminjewell (9636) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - JAN 19, 2012
Pour out of bottle is clear yellow-orange, aroma brings notes of floral and slight grapefruit hops, touch of sweet honey and vanilla as well. Taste is a mix of honey, floral and citrus hops, finishing fairly dry but the honey sweetens a bit. Nice stuff actually. mar (5415) - Dallas, Texas, USA - MAR 31, 2012
Tap at the bottle shop. Pale yellow pour, nose is honey, sweet, hops, and florals. Smooth on the palate, honey, light hops, and a sweet finish. robinvboyer (4663) - Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 13, 2012
Obvious loads of floral honey, and a touch of apples with. Pleasant citrus hit from the hops. No bitterness, but you get a nice shot of citrus from the hops. Quite pleasant, but you cant drink very much at once.

Clear pear color, small white head. Sweet, hoppy, citrus scent. Sweet, sugary, wood taste. Spritzy mouthfeel, tart finish.
Light pale in appearance and thin. Feels like a white wine spritzer with the sharpness of a pinot grigio with only over tones of honey. Very distinct. A nice summer session with some sharp cheeses Sammy (12197) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 3, 2013
A nice mead, hoppy, light yellow colour. Citrus and nice drinkability. Worth it for mead fans. ajnepple (6606) - Denver, Colorado, USA - DEC 23, 2014
