Surprised at the low scores. I found this really nice and refreshing. The dry hopping gave it a really nice finish and solid flavor. BrianDorry55 (361) - Spring Hill, Florida, USA - JUL 4, 2010
Bottle at Oldsmar Tap House. Looks like white grape juice. Aroma is white grapes, hops, and citrus fruits. Flavor is white grapes, other fruits, and honey. Medium bodied with good amount of carbonation. Not bad at all. tgncc (3130) - Bellmore, New York, USA - AUG 15, 2010
The aroma is honey, grassy, earrtjy. The appearance is clear yellow, lots of carbonation. The flavor is honey, citrus, earth. The finish is earthy hops. The body is medium/thin. Decen blipp (9171) - La Mesa, California, USA - APR 14, 2011
Draft. Pours clear light yellow with no head. Light honey sweet aroma with light floral hoppy notes. Strange honey sweet and hoppy flavor. Oddly well balanced. Not bad. NJBeerman013 (1054) - Hamilton Twp., New Jersey, USA - OCT 2, 2011
7 oz goblet on tap. Pale yellow in color, slight happy aroma, sweet honey notes. Somewhat dry quality. Good stuff.

Interesting aroma of stale grassy noble hops, hay, and of course honey. Very pale yellow, clear and still. Dry and light flavor initially, but the flavor of clover and honey , still dry, appears and gathers steam to a climactic finish. Soft carbonation. The intensity never gets there for me although the flavor is nice for a drier mead. MeadMe (1652) - Fishhawk, Florida, USA - OCT 30, 2011
Pours a pale yellow. Aromas of nice sweet honey and floral hops. The flavor is very sweet like unfermented honey. Light apple and flowers. The hops come through in the finish. For some reason the flavors just don’t meld here. AR (1000) - Georgia, USA - JAN 14, 2012
Light-bodied mead with bubbly carbonation. The flavor is a lighter honey than Redstone’s Traditional Mead. Hops add a twist - grape on top of a lttle tangerine. Camons (12315) - Hasselager, DENMARK - MAR 7, 2012
Tap @ Old Chicago, Denver. Pours waterlike, just a slight yellow tone, no head. Aroma of honey, flowers, peach, garden. Taste is garden flowers, honey, peach, apricot, light citrus, light acidic notes. Very light bodied for a mead, light carbonation. Light and easy drinking mead, not bad. 030312 seehaferb23 (260) - - MAY 3, 2016
Cannery Row Beer Club tastes Meads tonight. This one was $11 per bottle. We have mixed feelings about the carbonation.
