Light-bodied mead with bubbly carbonation. The flavor is a lighter honey than Redstone’s Traditional Mead. Hops add a twist - grape on top of a lttle tangerine. Camons (13312) - Hasselager, DENMARK - MAR 7, 2012

Aroma: The aroma is sweet, with some fruity, some honey, and some resiny hop notes
Appearance: Pours a clear apple juice body with minimal head
Flavor: The taste is pretty sweet as well, with a slight hop presence for some balance
Palate: The carbonation is fizzy, and the body is light and refreshing
This stuff was pretty interesting. Certainly a crisp and refreshing drink, though not my favorite style in the world, I do enjoy one of these every now and again.
cheers to Tony @ OTH for the share.
