For a 4% lager this blew me away with its light taste of hops, its great smell and its amazing finish. I could not believe that this was a 4% British made lager. Outstanding. therambler (8) - Norfolk, ENGLAND - MAY 18, 2013 does not count
cereal, pale, clear, white foam, medium sweetness, medium bitterness, full body, slick feel, lively, long finish, using the clicky ratings bit is much easier with this beer as admittedly Ive had more than a few. The best English lager I have had (Sorry Harvieston) A real standout, looking forward to more from this lot. tennantchris8 (1) - - MAY 4, 2013 does not count
It tastes like a lager brewed in a country that makes great lager. Only time I’ve tasted lager like this was in Sweden or Germany. Amazing quality, can’t wait for it to be available in bottles. Leighton (22304) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 9, 2015
Keg at Craft Beer Rising 2014 - Brick Lane, London. Pours clear, pale yellow with a creamy, white head. Nice dry biscuit aroma. Lightly sweet, with crispy cereal, light hay bitterness. Light boied with average carbonation. Clean finish with more dry cereal, light lemon rind, biscuits. So solid and drinkable. SilverfoX (879) - Norfolk, ENGLAND - APR 18, 2014

Keg from Cross & Corner. Clear golden body with a medium white head that holds well. Lively, lasting carbonation. Great lacing. Aroma of herbs, hops and grain. Flavour is light and refreshing - grass, grain and faint lemon. Nice bitterness. Medium body with a watery, slightly oily texture. Soft carbonation. A lovely, soft Pilsner. madmitch76 (25568) - , Essex, ENGLAND - NOV 24, 2013

Old Fountain. Keg. As ’Unfiltered Pilsner’. Clear gold beer with a small white head. Light crisp palate. Smooth lagerish malt. No off notes. Minerals. Light noble hops, whisper of citrus. Crisp finish. Clean and refreshing.
Keg as "unfiltered pils" at Old Fountain. It pours clear gold with a thick, fluffy white head. The nose is soft, doughy, toasty, grass, light spice and grain . The taste is smooth, crisp, grassy, light pepper, grain and grass with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Clean, crisp and rather drinkable. A tasty lager. Keg at the Old Fountain, badged as ’unfiltered’ pils, 13/11/13.
Clear golden with a good sized white head, decent lacing ensues.
Nose is light bread dough, straw, a little citric tang, cereals.
Taste comprises earthy tones, citric notes, corn bread, grassy.
Medium bodied with a lick of spritz atop a fine carbonation base, clean finish.
Decent pils. a_cross (639) - Poole, Dorset, ENGLAND - OCT 10, 2014
Pale yellow, minimal aroma; tastes very clean, lemony, peppery and with a very bitter finish; sharp and bright; for a 4% lager this is decent peppy refreshment.
