stjamesgate (278) - IRELAND - FEB 2, 2016
On tap at AllTech Beer & Food, Dublin, 2015. Amber gold with white film. 3.5 Marmalade with that Lagunitas sugared grapefruit thing. 4 Sugar and white toast with OJ, lemon sorbet, and flowers. 4.25 Bit of tropical fruit to end and tingly linger. Lt-med, round, some cling. 4 Could sit this next to SNPA, though less malty - a bit too light, if there’s any flaw. But a great Cali-style APA. Tops, for the UK. * from notes

garthicus (2945) - Dublin, IRELAND - FEB 28, 2015
Nice orange body. Small white head. Aroma: hoppy and catty, a little spice. Flavour. Some popcorn with hops, malt and a little sweetness. Not bad at all

Taste is medium bitter with notes of grass, grains, grapefruit, citrus peel, hay and pine cones. Finishes dry and bitter, Light bodied with good carbonation. Overall, ok IPA

Bottle from Archer Road Beer Stop, Sheffield. Clear, dark gold. Film of white head. Lots of sweet malt. Some peach. Little buttery. Taste is fruity sweet. More of the butteriness on the palate. Bitterness on the finish.

3.3
weaselkenievil (1609) - Cheshire, ENGLAND - MAY 26, 2014
Bottle from Brewtique at my mate Matt’s watching United beat the barcodes. On reflection probably one of our best performances in a really shite season. Poured a hazy amber gold with a medium off white head. Aroma is nice, creamy hops, vanilla, little spice. Flavour is ok, needs more hops, a little buttery, medium malts. Decent.

Dean Swift. Keg. Lightly hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and crisp. Trace of cream in the light malts. Resinous start to the hops with good tangerine, lime and pine. Lesser sweet floral things and some orange. Crisp finish and mild bitter linger. Really rather good!
