On cask at the beer festival at the Riser inBerko. The beer is a clear chestnut with a loose tan head. The smell is citrus toasted malt and mild caramel. The taste is in line with aroma but ending dry with some bitterness. Body is light with mild carbonation. A good brew.

From trade with Douberd, many thanks! 50cl bottle. Pours clear golden colour with a huge good lasting light beige head. Aroma of grain, hay, pale malt, mild hops and citrus. Taste is mild hoppy, citrus, grain, some bitter hops, very drinkable.

Bottle. Orange and a bit lively upon opening. Hops are present with a slightly bitter finish. There is also a trace of citrus. A reasonable example of this style.

berkshirejohn (6687) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - AUG 25, 2015
50cl bottle from Marks & Spencers, Camberley. A gushing golden amber pour with lots of cream head; tropical fruit aroma; and a pleasant tropical fruit taste; then little in the way of bitterness before a sticky fruity finish.

(Redwillow Directionless) Bottle 500ml at home, served into an english pint glass, ABV 4.2%
Pale orange/faded amber colour on the body, huge and very thick white head sitting on top. Great retention.
Aroma has light caramel, english hops, straw.
Taste begins a bit sweet, turns to a light bitterness on the finish, light caramel and citrus in there but not that much going on actually.
Medium thin body, carbonation towards the high side.
Okay, nothing special.

Cask @ CPK. Medium amber pour with a creamy head. Interesting, non-traditional aroma. Plenty of fruit salad, generally summery. Paches and raspberry. Cut grass. Taste of baked white bread. Caramelised peach. Light mango and grass cuttings. Some buttered croissant. Light and easy. Subtle carb. Fun.

Palate: bitters intensify, citrusy hops, grain malts, bread, turns dry in the finish. Overall: excellent Bitter, nice complexity, rare for this style. Pint at Euston Tap, Euston.
