ekstedt (6976) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 18, 2016
Cask at The White Horse, Parsons Green, London. Clear amber. Nutty malt aroma, slightly earthy, floral hops. Medium bodied, low to medium carbonation. Dry, medium bitterness.

berkshirejohn (6651) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - JUN 10, 2016
Cask at the Eldon Arms, Reading. A bright reddish copper colour with a tight cream head; aroma of pine forests; spicy resinous bitter taste with a malty body; and a long satisfying gently bitter finish. An excellent bitter.

Tradpint (13) - Amersham, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - MAY 22, 2016
Cask from Chiltern Craft Brewery Shop. A nourishing best bitter, pleasant to drink, very nice on the way down, good aftertaste, but you do have to get past that rather odd aroma.

Has a clear dark brown colour. Classic dark bitter. A bit woody. Quite a bitter finish.

AWS9 (742) - Mississauga, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 9, 2016
Cask. Deep copper-brown pour. Looked just fine, but oddly had a pretty rancid aroma to it, like it had a touch of cleaning formula to it... I was going to think the batch had gone bad, but it didn’t taste too bad going down... has the basic bitter notes - caramel, deep malts, a touch of hops. All such flavours, but a bit ’deeper’ than a usual bitter. Just an odd shame about the aroma?

MrTipple (6446) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 2, 2016
Aroma: grain and cereal malts, light caramel, light fruitless. Appearance: clear gold, small, frothy, white head. Taste: light bitter. Palate: light bitters continue, watery, light citrus fruits, grain malts again. Overall: fairly standard Bitter, not bad, just lacks complexity, somewhat watery in the palate. Pint at CASK Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico.

PotjeBier (3734) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - DEC 21, 2015
Gravity cask @ In De Wildeman. Hazy amber color. Not much of a head (as was to be expected). Aroma’s: malty, carame; also some red fruit and hops retronasal. Flavor is moderate bitter with some sweetness. Light bodied. Firm bitter finish. Rather classic bitter.

Zlotta (3811) - Hagen / Düsseldorf, GERMANY - DEC 16, 2015
From cask at In de Wildeman. Clear, reddish amber with a thin, fluffy, white head. Sweetish, fruity-malty aroma of honey, caramel and a bit of blackberry. Sweetish, fruity-malty taste of honey, caramel and licorice, followed by a short, slightly bitter finish. Thin to medium body, slightly oily mouthfeel, flat. Okay.

Borresteijn (7489) - Zaandam, NETHERLANDS - DEC 16, 2015
