On tap, amber honey color with white suds, smells like walking into a pine forest, a jolting bitter hop flavor of pinecones with a dry finish, [I also got to try it tripple hopped in a hop shot version] hayduke (5619) - Eureka, California, USA - OCT 29, 2012
A 12 oz glass at the tasting room at the Redwood Curtain Brewery in Arcata, CA. The was an amber-orange color with a foamy white head. Nose is citrus and pine hops. Body is medium with a sticky resinous mouthfeel. Alcohol well hidden. The flavor is rich and loaded with hop flavors and some ripe stone fruit. The finish is dry and bitter but not overly so. A really delicious beer from first sip to last drop.
