jesperhammer (4736) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 23, 2011
22-AUG-2011, bottle @home, from "Fish & Beer". Red/brown off-white head. Charamelly nose. Charamelly taste with some tobaco and wood. Taste is the same. Quite full, sweet and ends just a touch bitter.

Koelschtrinker (20419) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 7, 2011
Malzig-herber, wenig klebriger Antrunk. 7/9/9/8/6/8

bierkoning (13364) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - OCT 24, 2010
Bottle from Yespr, thanks! Brown color. Malt, butter and toffee in the aroma. Grainy sweet, buttery flavor with lots of toffee. Slightly alcoholic. Sticky mouthfeel.

Miksu (5053) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - SEP 29, 2010
0.33 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Reddish brown color. Sweet, nutty, caramelly and vinous fruity aroma. Sweet nutty and caramelly flavor with toffee. Full bodied smooth palate. Some dessert wine not but sweetness mask most of it. Not bad.

Pinball (12157) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 3, 2010
33cl Havgassens kabys lundeborg 7.4% not 8.4% as ratebeer states. 5704-7072 barcode.bbf 18-7-2010 dark clear brown, smooth light brown head. caramel and toffee dominates the aroma, also some booze. flavor is caramel and toffee, but also faint roasted stuff. and booze. To me, this doesn’t much resemble barley wine (flavor wise) i was thinking european strong something.

sfhodense (4789) - Odense NØ, DENMARK - JAN 3, 2010
Pours dark amber with a large beige head. Aroma is dark caramel and light hop. Flavour is sweet caramel, alcohol, light bitter and some hops.

Blom (843) - Sorø, DENMARK - DEC 16, 2009
Amber with a low head. Very sweet caramel-aroma followed by an immensely sweet maltiness in the flavour. This is quite frankly too much ...

stobbe74 (3789) - DENMARK - OCT 20, 2009
Bottle, 33cl. Pours a clear amber beer with a small beige head. The aroma is sweet, malt and caramel. The flavor is very malty and sweet with some caramel. The palate has no bitterness, and overall that is what is missing.
