Bottle 33 cl.
Golden colour with small light brown head. Nice malty aroma - like a brown bread, but taste is weak although malty and watery. jspruit (122) - Dublin, IRELAND - MAR 23, 2008
Purchased this right at Refsvindinge Bryggeri warehouse and drank 33cl bottle in Denmark while on Easter break.
Pours and orangeish copper color with a 1 finger bubbly head that quickly disappears.
Smells a bit smokey and bready and almost like karse to me-not my favorite aromas.
Karse smell isnt necessarily present in the taste so that is nice. Not much body but a light balance of malt and hops with some slight fruitiness.
Little carbonation with a dry finish, not too exciting but a bit more adnvertorous than some other more plain Danish paske bryg.
I think that I’ll try some other Easter beers before coming back to this one. Skinnyviking (9588) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 19, 2008
Draught. Quickly disappearing white head. Clear light orange body. Weak aroma of barley malt and a shot of hops. Very short hops flavor. Rather watery. Low carbonation and a short aftertaste. Christian (13685) - Odense, DENMARK - MAR 16, 2008
hazy light amber ith a creamy and lasting off-white head. Weak malty, bready aroma. Dry malty flavour, rather boring ith a touch of cardboard. Boring, but an easy drinker that won’t turn off anyone. cab (866) - DENMARK - MAR 15, 2008
Tasted at DØE generalforsamling. Very bland, absolut no taste or aroma to speak of. just over carbonated.

[Sampled in 2004.] According to John this beer should be an ale using top yeast. It’s also one of the better ones from eastern Funen. Soft and almost without carbonation and a nice amber look combined with notes as caramel, freshness, flowers, fruits makes it an ale brew. Mogwai (227) - Askeby, DENMARK - DEC 31, 2007
Bottle. Pours a golden/amber colour with short lasting head. Aroma is fruit, malt, caramel and hops. Flavour is the same. Not bitter, sweet "heavy" taste. MPA (999) - Amager (form. Nørrebro&Aalborg), DENMARK - OCT 9, 2007
Bottle. Clear amber with a beige head. Malty, sweet aroma with elements of straw, a little caramel and some hops. Flavour is malty and sweet, but the hops adds a nice freshness though still not adding a lot of depth. Seems a bit alcoholic as well, which surprises me. Passable compared to its other danish counterparts. Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - SEP 3, 2007
Dark amber with a huge, creamy head, the aroma is slightly perfumed with notes of flower and roasted malt. I find the same notes in the flavour, that has a lot of nice caramel, light sweetness and bitterness. It’s surprisingly smooth and mellow - not bad! 2046 fonefan (49601) - VestJylland, DENMARK - JUN 1, 2007
Bottle. Clear medium amber color with a average frothy fair lacing mostly lasting off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, sweet, earth. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a short to average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
