Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, fruity, toasted, light hoppy. [email protected] A. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sulphur, malts, some saltwater and mild earth. Flavour is quite much the same. Semi-dry palate.

omhper (25744) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - AUG 22, 2014
Bottled, from Landbierparadies, Nuremberg. Hazy golden, firm head. Grass, dough and notes of bubblegum. Mid dry with medium body and soft, firm mouthfeel. Spicy hops, bready malt and some esters. Mid bitter finish. Very harmonious and moreish.

Beerhunter111 (22513) - P´Castle, GERMANY - MAR 19, 2014
Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit durchschnittlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, getreidig, leicht herb. Geschmack malzig würzig, getreidig, minimale Bitterkeit.

Koelschtrinker (21492) - K?ln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 7, 2011

TBone (18227) - Pori, FINLAND - JUL 23, 2009
Bottled (BB 09/2009). Yellow golden clear color, small white head. Buttery, grassy, grainy aroma. Grassy, grainy, sweet malty flavor. Some "Landbier" qualities, but overall quite bulk.

MiP (15973) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JUL 14, 2010
Bottle, 4.9% bought at the brewery. Clear golden colour. Small white head. OK malty flavour, hint of chalk. Good mouthfeel, but rubbery finish.

imdownthepub (15332) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - AUG 7, 2008
Bottled, pasteurised, 500ml from REAL Supermarket, Bamberg. Pale gold, carbonisation, short head. Disapointingly thin and lemonade like, really pronounced wet paper note with a touch of aspartame sweetness. Perhaps a slight hop note, with a malty bitterness. Not very good.

bierkoning (13689) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - JUN 14, 2004
Bottle, bought at the brewery. Only a slight hoparoma and also a slight hopflavor, just a bit grassy. Fairly low on aroma and flavor, by the way. The maltiness is there, but less as in other Franconian lagers.

Mariusz (12080) - Baden-Baden, GERMANY - SEP 2, 2012
Average beer. Poured golden with a white head. A decent beer, but not so refreshing or anything special.
