The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also, quite dark, fine foam. Tastes unexspected dry and metallically. Much too hard, not spicy enough. Not good. Quack-Duck (9540) - Down South, GERMANY - SEP 27, 2008

a hoppy floral german pilsner, hoppy and nice, but a bit flat palate. Good session beer nonetheless Eirikur (386) - hafnarfjordur, ICELAND - DEC 7, 2007
This brew is a surprise.

UPDATED: NOV 17, 2007 Bottle from Der Treffpunkt, Nurnberg HBF. Deep gold colour with a white head. Sweet aroma that was more butter than caramel. Flavour was buttery too before a hoppy finish. Very drinkable. 3.2.
Second bottle tried 3/11/07. This wasn’t as good as the sweetness was replaced by a strange baked bean-like aroma. Possibly a bad bottle? 2.8 omhper (25948) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - MAY 22, 2007
