Clear red amber beer, big creamy off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: dairy, caramel, specific yeasty character, sweet, bit spicy. MF: good carbon, medium body. Taste: citric touch, grassy, bitter hops, some alcohol, caramel, bit sugary. Aftertaste: bitter hops, very yeasty character, some caramel, alcohol is noticeable.
