MoritzF (10095) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - AUG 30, 2015
(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and medium-sized foamy head. Slightly strawy and delicately grainy pale malty aroma with herbal-spicy hops and a subtle pear-fruity note in the background. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Dry and slightly strawy pale malty taste with present herbal hoppy notes, lingering into the mildly malty finish. Likeable and rather hoppy Helles. 11.VI.15

pivnizub (10813) - Bochum, Porř, GERMANY - AUG 19, 2015
Bottle: Pale greenish golden, almost clear, small and stable white head with a little lace; mild to moderate grainy and strawy nose with a touch of pale malt; mild and dryish bitter-sweet flavour with a slight tartness, light bodied; metallic traces in the short grainy-bitter finish. Not really good…

Außergewöhnlich würziges Helles. Solides Bier dass schon in die Richtung Pils geht. Für mich eine Mischung aus Pils und Helles.

Yellow coloured and clear. Has a white head. Malty aroma, notes of light bread. Flavor starts sweet, more light bread and faint diacetyl. Moderate bitter finish. Dry texture.

Quack-Duck (9533) - Down South, GERMANY - JUN 24, 2012
bottle from the brewery. Clear golden colour, small white head. Malty base with a fruity touch and quite a lot of bitter and grassy hops towards the lingering finish. Smooth carbonation. Very interesting for a Helles, with its very own character.

Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - MAY 17, 2011
From bottle at the brewpub. It’s light-golden with a creamy, white head, and the aroma has notes of bread, malt and flower. The flavour is light to moderately sweet with notes of fresh baked bread, malt and flower. It’s soft and refreshing, and the finish is dry.
