Sarlacc83 (2435) - Portland, Oregon, USA - DEC 12, 2017
Bottle from New Seasons. A: Clear gold with hints of copper. Thin drifting white head. Not much in the way of lacing. N: Corn, sulfur, spent grains, light pine, and a touch of coriander. Some residual sugars. A bit of nuttiness including pistachio followed up by honey. T: Decently bitter with a light sweetness. Hops carry through as does the flora. M: Light body, no alcohol, tingling carbonation that can sit a bit flat. O: Nice kölsch. Hast that honey and field thing going on, though it does have a dampened mouthfeel.
