From a bottle at Schlesinger, Stuttgart. Pours golden and clear with a good head. Pleasant fruity, malty taste, followed by hay and herbal hints. Good bitter finish

Golden colour. The flavour is grainy with some flowery hop notes. Medium bitterness.

Das Bier hat eine klare goldgelbe Farbe und eine ordentliche weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig getreidig, hopfig, leicht grasig. Geschmack kräftig hopfig, malzig, leicht getreidig, grasig, grundsolides Pils!

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for this bottle! Smooth malyt beginning. Nice smooth bitterness, fresh and dry. The bitterness gets quite intense toll the end, the body is smooth with hints of malty sweetness. Easy to drink with for a southern Pils a quite high bitterness. Round, crisp, nice. In the end a bit grainy, but still fine.

Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - MAY 30, 2012
It’s yellow-golden with a creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of newly harvested grain, malt, flower, light bread and straw. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of malt, straw, newly harvested grain, light flower, and the finish is dryish with a little more straw. Lovely pils!

pivnizub (10841) - Bochum, Porř, GERMANY - MAR 23, 2009
Bottle (kindly delivered by Quack-Duck!): Golden, almost clear, huge beaten-egg-white like stable head; soft pale-malty nose with a distinctive, but soft, woody-hoppy support; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; soft and lingering aromatic hoppy and pale-malty finish. Very nice and pleasant Pilsener, far better than a "German Premium".....

MoritzF (10129) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - MAR 10, 2009
(bottle) Slightly unclear, golden coloured hue with a big foamy white head. Sweet grainy malty aroma with notes of draff and vanilla, accompanied by delicate flowery hoppy touch. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a smooth, well-carbonated mouthfeel. Hearty, pale malty character with rounded herbal and slightly floral hoppy notes, leading into a moderately dry and balanced malty and hoppy finish. A very pleasant and rounded Pilsener (10.III.09).

Quack-Duck (9534) - Down South, GERMANY - JAN 15, 2009
bottle, bought at the brewery. Clear golden yellow, mid-sized head. Hoppy nose. Medium-bodied with some malty hints and good resiny hops that add a resiny flavour as well as some bitterness, especially in the lingering dry hoppy finish.

Bottled.
Golden color, small but firm white creamy head. Buttery, diacetylic aroma. Flavor starts buttery but then it is dominated by good Saaz hops. Nice bitter aftertaste. Good all-around pils from this microbrewery.

Bottled. Decent pilsener. Little skunky aroma, but actually like most German pilseners. Golden color, white head, good lace. Pretty bitter, well hopped, light herbal, light body, clean German straightforwardness. Not bad when compared to the Dommelsch my friend had next to me.
