Marduk (9206) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - MAR 25, 2014500ml bottle. Pitch black color. Massive head turns to small one quite quickly. Roast, rubber, malty, sweet chocolate in aroma. Peat, roast, smoke, watery taste. This is so drinkable. Well done!
FatPhil (17745) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - MAR 22, 2014500ml bottle (M-Market, Helsinki)
Lovely tar-tinged chocolatey roast, full and gently sweet - so tempting. Beautifully drying aspects the roasted grain, the earthy hops, this makes your palate crave for more, but it’s not harsh at all, it’s smooth and velvetty and everything you’d want from a porter. Lovely dry hoppy finish. More please! Session this to heck and back. Excellent at the strength - well done guys!
TET (3383) - Kaarina, FINLAND - MAR 7, 2014A colablack beer with a huge and light brown head. The nose is strongly roasted, dry smoke, chalk and hint of salt liquirice. The strong flavours even the alc. % is this low. Taste of liquirice, smoke, some chalk, roasted coffee. After the aroma the taste is too short and light. Light bodied, too much of carbonation. Not very convincing, the appearance and aroma promises a lot, but after that too light at every way, unfortunately. Smoked and roasted, light porter.
TBone (19184) - Pori, FINLAND - FEB 28, 2014Bottle 500ml (K-Kamppi, sampled in Buenos Aires)
Dark brown color, big cloudy brown head, lace. Aroma has toasted malts, tobacco, some peat and vegetables lurking. Light-bodied, active carbonation. Toasted malty, have some sweetish licorice and peat notes. Peat makes this interesting enough. Probably needs to be drinken quite fresh.
BitchPls (839) - FINLAND - FEB 21, 2014Dark brown/black beer with a huge foamy dark beige head. Smoked ham on the nose which I like. Thin to medium body, lots of smoke and smoked ham in the flavor. Some roasted coffee too. Quite strong carbonation. A good rauchbier!

lusikka (7834) - Tampere, FINLAND - FEB 7, 2014500 ml bottle, thanks tiong. Pours a black colour with a white thick head. Aroma of bread, some yeast, fern and tar. Flavour of toasted malts, some bitterness, tar, some sticky syrupy notes and grass. Loads of earthiness. Light bodied, slick mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Finishes malty, tar-like and grassy. Decent, but too earthy for my taste.
